Privacy Policy Update

8 March 2026

We've published an updated Privacy Notice for TryMosaic. We want to be transparent about what changed and why.

As our platform has matured and our customer base has grown to include larger and more regulated organisations, we felt it was important that our Privacy Notice accurately reflected how TryMosaic works today — specifically how we handle workplace adjustment data, where it's stored, and what protections are in place.

What's changed:

The updated notice now clearly explains the controller/processor relationship between TryMosaic and the organisations we work with. It includes a dedicated section on how we handle special category data under Article 9 of the UK GDPR, including the explicit consent mechanism within the platform. We've added detail on our data storage architecture, confirming that all personal data is stored at rest in the UK on Google Cloud infrastructure in London. There's a new section covering our optional AI feature, explaining how it works, that it's entirely voluntary, and that uploaded data is not stored or used for model training. We've also aligned our data retention policy with our standard contractual terms.

What hasn't changed:

Our commitment to protecting your data. We don't sell personal data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use identifiable data to train AI models. And we continue to implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards across the platform.
