Mosaic is the platform built for disability and neurodivergence first. It’s not an add-on. It’s the foundation.
The Who
Mosaic is led by people with lived experience and co-designed to create functional workplace systems that improve adjustment outcomes.
Our founder
Ryan Hoare, brings lived experience of ADHD and dyspraxia and leadership in government. He built Mosaic after years of seeing how much talent is wasted when adjustments don't work.
