Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: April 2026
Our commitment
TryMosaic is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone. Accessibility is not incidental to what we do: our product exists to support disabled and neurodivergent people in the workplace, and we hold ourselves to the same standard we help organisations achieve.
TryMosaic has been developed with input from people with lived experience of neurodiversity and disability, ensuring our design decisions reflect real needs, not just technical requirements.
Standards and compliance
TryMosaic is designed to support compliance with:
WCAG 2.2 Level AA: the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
UK Equality Act 2010: our legal duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled users
European Accessibility Act (EAA): EU accessibility requirements in force from June 2025
Conformance status
TryMosaic is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are actively identifying and addressing gaps, and this statement will be updated as improvements are made.
Technical accessibility
TryMosaic is built with accessibility as a core requirement:
Semantic HTML: proper heading structure and landmark regions for screen reader navigation
Keyboard navigation: all functionality is accessible without a mouse
Focus indicators: clear visual indicators show which element has keyboard focus
Colour contrast: text meets WCAG AA contrast requirements
Alternative text: images include descriptive alt text
Skip links: users can bypass navigation to reach main content directly
Responsive design: works across devices and screen sizes
Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas we are working to improve:
Some data tables in reports may not have complete screen reader markup
Some PDF exports may not be fully tagged for assistive technologies
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We regularly:
Test with assistive technologies including screen readers and voice recognition software
Gather feedback from users with disabilities and neurodivergent users
Update our features in response to evolving standards and user needs
